Haarp is a device to the public known as an atmospheric research instrument. But the secret that people don’t know is that this devise can be used to control the weather such as heavy rain, storms , earth quakes, tsunamis even other serious disasters on this earth. This devise can also perform magnetic sweeps that can be used for mind control of large populations easily without them realising. It can also be used for many more things that we are not yet sure about.  People have also been made to believe that the serious melting of the huge ice is because of our daily living such as us polluting the world. But no, these are the works of the Haarp devise.
